On Saturday 23rd June 2018 PMP held its annual family fun day. This year was a phenomenal success and we couldn’t be prouder of everyone who took part. We raised over £25,000 for our chosen charities; Unseen UK and Cancer Research UK (CRUK). This wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity of our sponsors and the incredible teams throughout our organisation.
On the day, eight teams from across PMP’s national network battled it out in an ‘It’s a Knockout’ competition. Other activities included a BBQ, raffle, auction, fete stalls and games, a photobooth, fancy dress competition and a ‘management gunging’ where Wayne Shaw, PMP’s Regional Director was gunged by his colleagues!
We also received an array of prizes kindly donated by our sponsors; XPO Logistics, Indeed, Ocado, Kinnerton, Tesco, House of Fraser, Tangerine Confectionery, Modershall Oaks, Ideal Shopping, Mainman Supplies, The Hand & Flowers, Scope HR Solutions, Redwood Booking Agent, Abstract Recruitment, Corinthian Sports, KG Personnel, as well as other businesses across the Group.
Jamie Reynolds, PMP’s Managing Director, said, “It was fantastic to invite our employees, clients, suppliers and their families to Stoke-on-Trent and take part in this amazing day. We raised a significant amount of money for two incredible charities, including donations from those who couldn’t attend but took part in our golden ticket draw and silent auction. Huge thanks to everyone who contributed to a very special event – we have been truly amazed by people’s generosity.”
