Gender Pay Gap Reports

Under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, employers that employed and paid 250+ covering the pay period within which the 5th April 2017 fell (known as the “snapshot date”) are required to undertake an analysis of the gaps between the average pay rates and bonus pay earned by male and female employees using the pay data from the pay reference period that contained the snapshot date.
